Pacific Survey has a Business Management System certified to meet ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.

All of Pacific Survey’s staff operate by a detailed set of mandatory documented Business Management Systems including Survey Management and WHSER Management Plans. These procedures provide the project surveyors with guidelines for all varieties of surveying tasks and situations. The procedures have been developed and adapted over many years of operation to help offer the best possible quality of work.

Our surveyors are required to refer to these documents at all times to ensure correct work, quality, safety and environmental procedures are followed with each work instruction. These documents are live and are regularly reviewed and amended as required. In particular, Survey Management Plans, WHSER Management Plans and SWMS’s are individually tailored to specific projects & tasks, in conjunction with our client’s Quality, Safety & Environmental Managers, to provide the best quality product and safest framework for all staff and project workforces.
