Abigroup (Lendlease) engaged Pacific Survey to help deliver the 49 hectares $80m Greta Train Support Facility that will refuel, service, clean and carry out general maintenance on Pacific National’s coal train fleet in the Hunter Valley.
The project included building five new rail tracks each 2.5km long, a provisioning facility, a loco wash facility, a workshop building and a carpark. The project also involved building an access road and carrying out mine subsidence work under the road.
