New Dubbo Bridge

Projects

Pacific Survey provided surveying services to Abergeldie CI during the construction of the $220mio New Dubbo Bridge Project. The bridge is part of the re-alignment of the Newell Highway across the Macquarie River that will improve access across the Macquarie River floodplain during flooding, as well as improve traffic congestion in Dubbo. The 660m dual lane bridge will be constructed with 20 spans, supported by 89 piles. Works will also include construction of 2.2km of new Newell Highway and intersection upgrades between the Thompson Street – Whylandra Street intersection and the River Street – Bourke Street intersection.
